CPS offers a range of individual and group treatment options.The clinical team can also provide specific psychological assessments. If you are unsure if CPS is the right service for you, contact us to discuss your situation and goals.

Individual therapy

Including (not limited to):

  • Anxiety and anxiety-related disorders e.g. panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder

  • Mood disorders e.g. depression, bipolar disorder

  • Trauma, attachment and personality disorders

  • Support with life stressors e.g. grief and loss

  • Skill development e.g. social skills for autism spectrum disorder

A couch for relaxing

group therapy

'Busy Brains' is a 6 weekly, 2-hour skills group therapy program for adults experiencing issues with executive dysfunction e.g. attention, concentration, time management, emotion dysregulation.

 

Diagnosis is not a requirement to attend this group.
